Our signature Kyra Mini Dress silhouette in Apricot Blush has been lovingly hand block printed with a traditional Jaal block design inspired by the sacred lotus flower.

The beauty of block print is stunning on this delightful mini dress. A flattering feminine design featuring romantic billowing sleeves and a full bodied skirt free of underlining, making it the most comfortable style due to the heavenly soft lightness of the material. With optional front tie detailing at the bust, this design is both maternity and breast-feeding friendly.

Material ~ 100% Cotton. Depending on each individual, some find the material sheer. A slip may be worn underneath if desired.

Garment Care ~ We recommend a gentle, cold water hand wash using natural detergents, and hang drying in the shade. Handcrafted garments are delicate, however, designed to last when treated mindfully with love and care.

Different fabric than usual.

I really love the color of the dress and the cut is great as usual. I notice that the fabric feels very different to the previous dresses that I purchased from Daughter of India. Even though it says that it is 100% cotton, it feels very differently. I think the previous dresses that I purchased use better quality fabric.

Most Beautiful Dress

I'm in love with this dress, it's my second daughters of India Dress and it does not disappoint. The material is so lightweight and flows so elegantly. Not too see through. I feel amazing in it. Yes to having more so worth saving for. Leave the look alikes and take the plunge worth every penny. Apricot Blush Size L, I'm a UK 12 to 14

Perfect but see through

I have ordered the dress for the summer season , i love the touch the lightness the beautiful prints , there is really no problem but the fact that it is missing a lining which should be a basic thing is just disappointing. Unfortunately i cannot wear it in the city only at the beach , that means i will wear it 1-2x per year .. please consider the lining next time.

This was to leave the flexibility of the garment up to our customers so they can choose to wear something under them or not. We recommend using a nude underwear set, or a little slip from your local department store if that would suit you better. It's a personal preference, but, we are certainly taking onboard this feedback and looking into another avenue as far as a slip is concerned to be able to offer another option to our customers.
