We want you to love your Daughters of India pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Portal to submit your return request. You will receive instructions and a return authorisation via email.

Return Shipping

We do not provide a prepaid return label for Switzerland. We recommend using Swiss Post for your return shipment. Please ensure items are packaged securely and use a tracked service.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or store credit.
Intimates and swimwear are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Returns Processing

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed. Store credit is issued as a Daughters of India Gift Card. Your credit is valid for 5 years and can be used on any piece, including new collections.

Since all orders to Switzerland are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), there are no separate duty charges to refund — your store credit reflects the value of the product, excluding shipping and duties.

Our slow fashion garments are handcrafted in India and shipped to you from our warehouse in Tweed Heads, NSW.

We endeavour to process your order within 1-3 business days. Orders are dispatched from our studio in Tweed Heads and shipped via Australia Post and Startrack. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Store credit: If you'd prefer a different style, we'll issue a Daughters of India Gift Card for the value of the product, excluding shipping and duties. Your credit is valid for 5 years and can be used on any piece, including new collections.
